The RMI is the single largest industry representative body with 8 200 member establishments representing all business sectors of the automotive aftermarket, the retail motor industry, as well as the vehicle body building and component manufacturing sectors. As the lead voice of the industry, the RMI has credibility, is respected and recognised by all stakeholders. The RMI main objectives are to promote, protect and enhance the interest of the motor industry and the motoring public by setting and maintaining high standards of service, providing high quality products and enforcing ethical trading conditions through the RMI Code of Conduct.
