ABOUT THE PRACTICE
Meet Much Asphalt (pty) ltd.
Much Asphalt is Southern Africa's largest commercial supplier of an extensive range of hot and cold asphalt products, with a track record of more than 50 years' service to the roads sector. Much owns 15 static plants in South Africa and is the majority shareholder in East Coast Asphalt, which operates two more. Remote projects are supplied from a fleet of mobile plants. Manufacturing capacity is over 5.4 million tons a year. Spray Pave, a wholly owned subsidiary of Much Asphalt, manufactures, supplies and applies bituminous binders, emulsions, primes and pre-coats to the southern African road construction industry. Spray Pave also owns a multistage bitumen converter that changes bituminous refinery feedstocks into superior quality bitumen to suit all asphalt specifications.
