Overview
Genital warts are growths or lumps in the genital or anal area caused by certain strains of human papillomavirus (HPV). They are a common sexually transmitted infection.
Symptoms
Small flesh-colored or grey growths in the genital area Itching, discomfort, or bleeding during intercourse Clusters of warts forming a cauliflower-like appearance
Causes
Infection with HPV types 6 and 11 Transmission through sexual contact

Visual examination of warts HPV testing in certain cases
