Attorney Moosa Ncalane has several years of legal experience handling tax disputes, providing tax advice, appearing in the Tax Board. After graduating from law school, Moosa began his legal career at Campbell Attorneys where he was appointed as an article clerk handling third party claim, criminal matters, debt collection and labour matters. On completion of his articles, Moosa was appointed by the South African Revenue Service (SARS) in the Delivery Support and Dispute Resolution Division. He gained valuable experience in tax compliance, disputes and litigation. He was promoted within SARS to the Advance Tax Rulings unit. This provided him with experience in working with tax complex transactions, tax implications on commercial transactions and providing binding rulings. He has now opened a firm that provides a niche legal experience for its clients.
